This thinner absorber is designed to primarily address unwanted high and mid-range frequencies, such as high-pitched road noise, wind noise, and interior rattles. The unique memory foam formulation allows the self-adhesive material to conform precisely to the contours of interior panels. When sandwiched between materials like door cards and the metal shell, it effectively fills all tiny gaps, serving as a critical acoustic seal and decoupling layer that is highly effective at suppressing trim rattles and buzzes.
