Instructions
1. Remove factory rivets carefully using a 4.8 / 5mm drill bit. Take care to remove any filing debris left remaining within the door.
2. Install Silent Coat (Optional, not included in this kit. This can be purchased from silentcoat.co.za), Silent Coat must be applied
to the inside of the door skin.
3. Install the rear wave absorber into the door as shown.
4. Before mounting the speaker spacer, connect the factory plug to the speaker spacer plug.
5. Install the speaker spacer on the factory location with rivets & washers supplied, the rivets need to go through the spacer & door skin
with the washer going over the rivet pin from the back side (To ensure that the rivet flares sufficiently, as the hole in the door skin is large)
Please make sure the speaker spacer plug is pointing to the 1 O’clock position.
6. Plug the terminals onto the speaker, take note of the terminal sizes.
7. Install the speaker over the speaker spacer with the supplied speaker screws. Ensuring the speaker terminal is facing towards the
6 O’clock position & the speaker logo is level.
8. Adhere the self adhesive fast ring to the front of the speaker basket as shown.
9. Refit the door card.
