Installed directly around door-mounted midrange speakers or coaxial drivers, this laser-cut acoustic foam kit optimizes sound projection by mechanically sealing the speaker to the factory interior door card

Target Speaker Size Compatibility: Engineered universally for 6-inch to 6.5-inch (150mm to 165mm) midrange drivers, midbass woofers, and coaxial speakers. Outer Funnel Ring Thickness: ~25mm (1 inch) deep profile designed to compress seamlessly into door panel gaps. Inner Gaffle Ring Width: ~10mm to 15mm mounting surface footprint.

Front Funneling Collar: Extends out from the front of the speaker frame to compress directly against the inner door card, funneling 100% of forward audio energy into the cabin. Inner Baffle Ring Gasket: Sits behind the speaker chassis, acting as an airtight mechanical cushion to stop metal-on-plastic vibrations between the driver and the mounting bracket. Rear Sound Absorber Pad: Mounts directly onto the bare metal skin behind the speaker magnet to absorb rear-firing waves, neutralizing reflections that cause muddy sound
